As per my views unitech will go down from 10 september 2007
it can go up to 275 to 290 level maximum for just september / october 2007 time
but after 20 september 2007 it will go down
up to 210 to 220 level ,, so pls take care in unitech
take profit when it go up and reenter in it after going lower level

what is the basis of your speculation, and what is the reasoning for re-entering at a lower level - do you think there is a possibility of the stock being bullish again soon, after your predicted weakening?

koi bhi stock down hoga iska ye matkab mat nikalo ki woh stock bura hai , kharab hai
har stocks ek dayre me chalta hai
abhi aap bulish logo ki hi baat karenge to woh to roj roj 10% rise hi soch sakte hai
aur agar aisa hone laga to socho
sab stocks ka bhav kya hoga ???
isi liye me kahta hu
apne ko thoda proper way me hi sochna chahiye
now come to unitech
unitech is good stocks but management is giving bonus share is looks some suspicious thing
and incresing in share capital
do not give strength to stocks
higher bottom level , i mean earnings [every year]
give strength to stocks
but speculations like increse land prices can not give strength to stocks prices
here on reality every stocks rise which seen now a days is based upon only speculations
land prices will increses
so i can not give full marks to this up moov
and some other calculations also tell me that prices of unitech will correct up to 210 level
yes after it can go up also
just now i have no calculations
for that up moov, so u should ask me at that time only
