As per my simple general views indian stock market is higher valued now

fair value for indian stock market is 12500 to 13000 level only

FAIR VALUE FOR DLF & UNITECH

As per my views dlf & unitech and some other reality stocks are very very costly expensive stocks
today

so as per my views dlf Fair price is 350 to 425 around and unitech should b at 175 to 225 level around

so in coming times market will go down heavily and these

two stocks will be available at my suggested prices,again repeat these two stocks will be available at my suggested prices

and some other reality stocks like HDIL , shobha dev, parshavnath, omex

all will be available at lower level

dlf at 350 to 425 rs around and unitech at 175 to 225 level around
