As per my views fare value for unitech is 175 to 200 only
so it is very very expensive at current level

i told earlier relief rally will come in november
i am stick with my opinion
now u will see heavy down trends in market and mid november to 22 november 2007 u will see strong relief rally
but this relief will be short lived
after afain heavy berish trend will start in our market as well as all global market

agar bade bade corporate house ne agar money power ka use karke ise rokneki koshish ki to samaj lena
india me ye berish trends lamba chalega
koi money ki takat chalegi nahi
abhi reality stocks jo uper gaye hai
woh sab down ho jayega
likh lo heavy berish trends all over world chalega

As i told earlier here DLF is in berish cycle AND UNITECH
unitech is in berish cycle
so all reality stocks will go down in this two years 2008 & 2009
DLF will see 350 around level
UNITECH will go down below 200 level
so profit booking is very very best step
